Yes. We respond to emergency plumbing situations including suspected gas leaks, burst pipes, and water heater failures. For urgent service, call us directly at (415) 333-1737. If you smell gas, leave the building first and call PG&E from a safe distance before contacting us.

Yes — we install and repair both tank and tankless water heaters, including Navien, Rinnai, Noritz, Bradford White, Rheem, and AO Smith. Tankless installations in San Francisco often require gas line capacity assessments, new venting, isolation valves, and city permits — we handle all of it from start to finish.

Yes. We install Little Firefighter and other code-compliant seismic gas shutoff valves throughout San Francisco. These valves automatically close your home's gas line during seismic activity, protecting your property from gas leaks and fire risk after an earthquake. The install is permitted and inspected — typically completed in a few hours.
-
Yes. We install gas lines for outdoor kitchens, BBQs, fire pits, outdoor fireplaces, and indoor gas fireplaces. We work closely with local fireplace specialists — including Okells Fireplace — to coordinate clean installations. All gas line work is permitted, pressure-tested, and code-compliant.

Yes. Garcia Plumbing Co is a family-run, second-generation plumbing business based right here in San Francisco. Owned and operated by Gregory Garcia and his son Greg, with scheduling handled by either us or Greg's mom Julie. We built our reputation on doing the job right the first time and treating every customer like a neighbor. When you call Garcia Plumbing, you talk to the family — not a dispatcher or call center.
-
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, cash, and check. A 50% deposit is required to schedule work. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
